Claudvis Fung is a dedicated servant leader with a strong background in project management and youth-centered development. As CEO of the African Youth Empowerment Synergy (AYES) since 2015, he has spent nearly a decade guiding impactful initiatives that address poverty and socio-economic challenges across Africa. With a foundation in political science from the University of Buea and additional training in social security from IRESSS, he brings both academic and practical expertise to his work.

Alongside his role at AYES, Claudvis works remotely as a Project Manager and Scrum Master at Assurant, where he specializes in Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions. His ability to balance corporate responsibilities with community-driven goals reflects his commitment to creating meaningful, scalable change. His leadership at AYES focuses on empowering African youth to co-design solutions for the challenges they face.
